Rhian Holmes has been a chartered physiotherapist for over 14 years having gained valuable experience within the NHS before venturing into business ownership and her own private physiotherapy practice in 2005.

For the past ten years Rhian has built up a valuable client base not only seeing private patients but also taking on several occupational health contracts and has enjoyed great success offering a first class consultancy service to the professional sports industry, including premier league football clubs, the Welsh Women’s Football team, national rugby teams and international athletes.

During the last five years Rhian has been working extensively in partnership with Indiba Activ - a revolutionary electrotherapy treatment alternative, travelling throughout the UK promoting the product and its unique benefits and also providing on-site training to physiotherapists of professional sports clubs who have already acquired an Indiba product.

Rhian is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), the Health Processions Council (HCP) and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).

Julia Trevor

Julia Trevor has been a Chartered Physiotherapist for 24 years and gained extensive experience in the NHS before progressing into professional sports physiotherapy with Sale RUFC, Manchester Storm Ice Hockey Team, the Lawn Tennis Association.

Over the last fourteen years Julia has dedicated her time to private practice, whilst building on the knowledge and expertise that her previous work has afforded her.

During the last 5 years Julia has been working extensively with IndibaActiv providing treatment to a range of injuries and conditions with great success. Julia's particular areas of expertise are spinal pain (necks/backs/whiplash), lower limb sports injuries and lower limb problems.

Julia’s knowledge and expertise in the use of Indiba Activ takes her all over the UK training Physiotherapists in both professional sport and private clinic for Indiba.

Julia is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), the Health Professions Council (HCPC) and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).
